Vanessa Ponce de León: Mexico’s Historic Miss World 2018

Vanessa Ponce de León is a Mexican model, beauty queen, and humanitarian best known for winning Miss World 2018. Born in Mexico City on March 7, 1992, she became the first Mexican woman ever to receive the prestigious Miss World crown, marking a historic milestone for her country.
Vanessa is recognized not only for her beauty but also for her commitment to social causes. She studied International Commerce at the University of Guanajuato and earned a diploma in human rights. Her volunteer work has included supporting educational programs for indigenous children and collaborating with organizations that assist migrants and vulnerable communities.
